Originally from Nuneaton I came to Warwick University for my physics degree, qualified as a secondary science teacher and taught in local secondary schools and colleges.

I now work in the physics department at Warwick University directing their outreach to schools and the public.

I am married with a son who attends the school, and I am a co-opted governor.    

As someone passionate about education I understand how important an excellent start in life is to young people. I am determined to use my time, skills and experience to help make Manor Park School the very best it can be for children and staff.

In my free time I enjoy creative activities such as baking, ceramics, sewing and glass fusion.
